Working with Gypsies and Travellers: Brighton Training, Thursday 29th September 2016

On Thursday 29th September 2016, FFT will be holding a half day workshop in their Central Brighton offices. The training is lively and engaging and is catered towards the staff members of statutory or voluntary organisations. The aim of the course is to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills required to work more effectively with the Gypsy and Traveller community.

Attendees will have the chance to learn about barriers experienced by Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities in accessing basic public services and to ask experienced trainers for their advice and input on working with Gypsies and Travellers. As well as learning about the culture, traditions and history of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities, participants will gain practical knowledge on how to promote their inclusion in service delivery.
