On 17th March 2021, Community Law Partnership released a legal briefing on Government proposals to criminalise trespass in the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill.  The briefing provides context to unauthorised encampments in England and the likely impact of the legislation for nomadic Gypsies and Travellers.
