Horsham District Council is now in the early stages of preparing a Site Allocations Document which,  amongst other things will seek to allocate land for Gypsy and Traveller accommodation. If you have land which you would like to submit to the Council for consideration as a Gypsy and Traveller site, this can be submitted to Horsham District Council’s Strategic Planning team.  This link contains the information that Council need from you to consider the site.   https://www.horsham.gov.uk/planningpolicy/planning-policy/site-specific-allocations-of-land . The deadline for the submission of sites is 20 May 2016. The Council will consider the sites over the summer, before holding further consultation in the Autumn this year.
