Gas Bottle Referral
How it works
Complete the form below to refer yourself to Friends, Families and Travellers for a gas bottle and energy support. We will review the information provided and contact you. If eligible, we will make a referral to the Fuel Bank Foundation on your behalf who will arrange for your fuel provider to deliver you a free gas bottle.
Important information
Please make sure all sections of the form are completed. This helps us assess your referral as quickly as possible.
Once a referral has been completed you may need to call up the company that provides your fuel and give consent for the Fuel Bank Foundation to make an order and payment for you.
Please allow up to one week for us to process your referral.
If FFT has referred you to Fuel Bank Foundation for a gas bottle, your fuel provider should contact you automatically to arrange a delivery date. However, this does not always happen. If you do not hear from your provider, you may need to contact them directly to arrange delivery.
