At the present time we have had to reduce the staffing of our helpline to just one F/T caseworker and may have to reduce it still further if we are unable to secure further funds beyond March 2012. We are looking to raise  £25k to enable us to restore this service to its full capacity through 2012/3. Each case costs an average of just £100 to deal with. Amazing really when this help can change someone’s life!
