If you want to find out more about the help you may be entitled to, you can visit the Citizen’s Advice Bureau website for detailed information about the many different kind of benefits available.

 

If you have any issues opening a bank account please contact the Friends, Families and Travellers national helpline on 01273 234 777 and we will be happy to help out. We can also help you with finding out what benefits you may be entitled to and helping you to fill out applications for things such as Universal Credit and PIP.

If you have difficulties opening up a bank account, you can refer to the payment exception service, where you can receive a payment card or voucher code and where you can collect your payment from PayPoint. To contact this service please call on  0800 015 2902.
